Please review your order and shipping information carefully. Prices displayed on the site are in US dollars. All orders will be shipped from Honolulu, Hawaii.
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
Returns and exchanges for regular priced items that are unused and in original condition are welcome within 14 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. No cash or credit card refunds. Items marked for “ALL SALES FINAL” or a product to help raise money to a specific cause or charity are final sale. No store credit or exchanges will be allowed for these items.
Please note customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns and/or exchanges unless product is defective.
How to process a return:
If you are unhappy with your purchase, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name, receipt number, and date of purchase with a brief explanation of your return. Once your return is authorized, you will receive the address where your package should be sent.
Returns must be sent prepaid, via a trackable carrier. Belly Rubs + Grubs is not responsible for return shipping costs, international duties and taxes, shipping loss, or damage of returned goods.
We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be grante
In stock items will be shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment (Monday - Friday, except holidays).
US orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail and tracking information will be be provided once your pack ships. Shipping is $5 flat rate for all orders in the United States. For local pickup in town on Oahu only use code: PICKUP at checkout.
For all international orders, please email us at email@example.com to receive a quote on shipping. International orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail International and delivery can range depending on your location of up to 4 weeks. Customers outside the US are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, etc.
